  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999/-
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹99/- is applicable on orders below this value
  • Additional charges of 99/- may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD), if available.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
  • You can track your order using the provided link

5. Delays in Delivery

  • While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Logistics issues
    • Remote locations
  • We appreciate your patience in such situations

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
