We want your Aashyaa Lifestyle experience to feel as beautiful as the pieces you order. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you — and what to do if something is not quite right.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
All orders are handpacked with care at our studio. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
India delivery Standard shipping across India takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. We ship with trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
International delivery We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days from the date of dispatch depending on your location and local customs clearance timelines.

Shipping charges Free shipping on all India orders above ₹1,999. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1,999 and all international orders — calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Order tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order please write to us at aashyaalifestyle@gmail.com and we will look into it immediately.
Customs & import duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return window We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for India orders and within 14 days of delivery for international orders. Requests made after these windows unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
What can be returned To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions — it must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. It must be in its original condition with all tags attached. It must be returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.
What cannot be returned The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances — items marked as Final Sale or On Sale at the time of purchase. Customised or made-to-order pieces. Dupattas and accessories for hygiene reasons. Items damaged due to improper care after delivery.
How to initiate a return Write to us at aashyaalifestyle@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without receiving written confirmation from us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be tricky with ethnic wear — and we want you to love what you receive.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Write to us at aashyaalifestyle@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and the size you need. We will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.
If your required size is unavailable we will offer you store credit to use toward a future purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team we will notify you by email. If your return is approved a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Received a wrong or defective item?
We are deeply sorry if this has happened. Please write to us at aashyaalifestyle@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will prioritise your case and make it right — whether that means a replacement, a full refund, or store credit, entirely at your choosing.
