Refund policy

  • 1. Return Eligibility

    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Returns are accepted only in case of:
      • Damaged product
      • Defective product
      • Wrong item delivered

    • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you for self-shipping.

    3. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
    • Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
    • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or provided as store credit, based on your preference.

    4. Shipping Charges

    • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
    • For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

    6. Exchange Policy

    • We offer size exchange within 7 days of delivery (subject to availability).
    • Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

    7. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
