Aashyaa Lifestyle is an Indian ethnic wear brand operating online at aashyaalifestyle.com. We sell handcrafted kurtas, Anarkali sets, salwar kameez, and related ethnic wear for women. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in these terms we are referring to Aashyaa Lifestyle. When we say "you" we are referring to you as a visitor, customer, or user of our website.

We have made every effort to display the colours, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true colours of our products. Slight variations in colour between what you see on screen and what you receive are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of a product.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order has already been charged we will issue a full refund.

Orders & payment

When you place an order on aashyaalifestyle.com you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent to you.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. International customers may see prices converted to their local currency during checkout — the conversion is handled by your payment provider and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and bank fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods available through our payment gateway. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only — we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details on delivery timelines and shipping charges.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Our return and exchange policy is described in full on our Shipping & Returns page. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms of that policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated in our policy.

Refunds where applicable will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider in reflecting the refund in your account.
